Brief: Our public services are struggling to connect with 18-30 year olds. Redesign a public service to help it connect with this age group. This could be done through the redesign of a service branding or even inventing a new way for them to communicate. You decide.

First Bus is one of the biggest bus opperators in the south west. They have little appeal to 18-30 year olds as most of their adverts are aimed at those in the 30-40 age bracket. Whilst they have an app to make ticket purchasing easier, young people still find other modes of transport such as the train or driving more efficient. The idea of this project was to rebrand First Bus to persuade 18-30 year olds that their bus services are the most efficient and affordable mode of transport.
